Office Manager

Michelle has lived in Worthing for most of her life and began her career in Financial Services processing mortgage applications at the Halifax. After 9 years, she moved to Standard life Assurance Company where she gained experience in all aspects of life assurance, investments and pensions.

Michelle joined Nsure Financial Services in July 2004 as an administrator and has progressed to her current role as Office Manager responsible for the day to day management of our financial services staff. Since joining us, she has studied for the Financial Planning Certificate and became fully qualified in April 2005. Michelle has outstanding customer service skills drawing on her extensive knowledge of the industry to ensure we deal with clients efficiently at all times. In line with her managerial role she holds the Level 3 NVQ in Management which is a further enhancement to her skills and the benefit to our organisation.

In her spare time Michelle enjoys watching films and going to live comedy shows or bands and is a passionate follower of Formula 1.
